dark theme vs light theme ?

 

Many people literally talk that which is the best some are with light theme where as some are with dark , so in this blog i am gonna clear all the things and doubts .

Black text on a white background is best, because the color properties and light are best suited for the human eye. That's because white reflects every wavelength in the color spectrum. ... White text on a black background, or “dark mode,” makes the eye work harder and open wider, since it needs to absorb more light. so here white theme is best .

 

2.According to people choice :-

according to people dark mode is the best . there are also many people who asks that light theme or dark theme and they hate the people who like light themes . so hence if we talk about peoples choice then dark mode is the best .

if you like dark or light then go with it or just if you are moody then go with black .
